Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with The Liquidity Letter. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

1. Free Trial

All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed. No refund is necessary for trial cancellations as no charge is made.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. When you cancel:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
You will not be charged again after the current period ends
No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Within 7 days of first charge: If you were charged for the first time and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
Technical issues: If a technical fault on our end prevented you from accessing the Service for an extended period, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the affected time.
Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once in error, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Cancellations after 7 days of the billing date (except for technical issues)
Failure to cancel before a trial period ends
Dissatisfaction with market performance or investment outcomes
Accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service

5. How to Request a Refund

Your registered email address
The date of the charge
The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
